LC filter /Semi-lumped element filter

 

BoCen’s micropackaging LC filter has developed a complete categoryincluding LC bandpass filterLC lowpass filterLC highpass filterLC band-reject filter and LC combining filter, with totally 3000-5000 types of fixed modules, covering 0.05MHz~6000MHzand up to max power of 80W, being of low insertion loss, good passband VSWR and high out-off-band attenuation, which adopt 0.1dB chebyshev for response design, or ButterworthBeseelelliptic function and linear phase shift depending on the specific requirement.

一.        Numbers of section

       The numbers of sections is determined by the following steps:

1.Fix the central frequencye.g.  f0=500MHz

2.Fix the bandwidthe.g.  60MHz at 3dBi.e.f0=±30MHzthe relative 

bandwidth=12%

3.The required out-off-band attenuatione.g.  attenuation≥40dB at 400MHz and 600MHz

4.Fix the bandwidth of 3dB from the central frequency  =rejectband frequency central frequency/ 3dB bandwidth

                    e.g.400 -500/ 60 = -1.67

                  600 -500/ 60 = +1.67

5.Numbers of sectionsnLnumbers of sections for low end= 4

一.           PN rules

The PN of LC filters consists of performance parameters and package. The standard input/output lead is φ0.5 or φ0.8 signal probe. In case of SMA, it’s required to be marked following the package.
